I had an very nice time at Hotel Fasano! The location was perfect for exploring the city and the staff were really nice too make my stay nice. The lobby was beautiful and the ambiance created a cute atmosphere.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of some fabulous districts, making it easy to walk to-and-around many touristic attractions. It is also within walking distance of one of the main shopping areas in the Jardin district. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The staff at reception are incredibly helpful and friendly, providing excellent service. the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of food choices.
According to one review, there have been complaints about the lack of English-speaking staff at the hotel.

This venue is a luxurious experience with exclusive amenities such as an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and massage services. the service at this hotel was exceptional and fulfilled all of my needs. the restaurant and bar/lounge areas offered delicious food and drinks, including special diet menus. the location advantages were extensive with many design stores, restaurants, and bars in the surrounding area.
There was a minor issue with the continental breakfast not being included in the price of the room.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Sao Paulo. The location was perfect, being within walking distance of one of the main shopping areas and close to everything. It was easy to walk to-and-around some fabulous districts in this city. The hotel facilities were great, with a great gym that had all the necessary equipment. The staff at the hotel were efficient, genuinely friendly, and personable.
